Installing/Dismantling

Shows and events call for a variety of installations. We provide I&D support staff and crew supervisors to install and dismantle kiosks, displays, stages and exhibits, as well as offer assistance to show contractors. Our personnel have the requisite manual skills and are well versed in the show and event environment, where fast turnarounds and extra care in handling materials is important.

Installations may require only one or two installers. More complex installations can call for crews of 100 or more. In every case, we handle the project from A to Z, come fully equipped with job boxes, and can even look after the sourcing of additional equipment.

Supervisors

Given their years of trade-show experience, our crew supervisors can lead I&D crews or work in concert with your team leaders. These on-site individuals are also excellent resource people who can help you deal with all manner of installation, transport or budgetary issues.

Your choice of I&D support staff

According to your needs, we can offer you I&D personnel at various levels of expertise. Our most experienced senior installers work independently and do whatever is required to complete the work on time and on budget. Our junior installers are also experienced and can handle fairly complex installations under minimal supervision. Our material handlers can do more basic tasks, such as loading and unloading stock, placing furniture, and installing draperies.

Additional services

As part of our I&D service, our teams can remain on site during the show for behind-the scenes technical support, on-going upkeep, and ancillary tasks, such as literature replenishment and daily start-up of equipment (computers, lighting, machinery, etc.).
